At Cardi’s discretion, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Arbitration takes place in Wyoming unless otherwise agreed.
22. Time Limit to File Claims
Any claim related to the Website must be brought within one year from when the claim arises.
23. Waiver & Severability
Failure to enforce any provision does not waive Cardi’s rights. If any part of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
24. Entire Agreement
These Terms, along with the Privacy Policy and any incorporated agreements, constitute the full agreement between you and Cardi regarding Website use.
